Returns / Exchanges

We want to make things as simple and easy as possible when buying clothes.  Lets be honest, things don't always fit, so we're more than happy to offer exchanges or refunds.

Exchange / Policy:

Your garment must be unworn (obviously this doesn't include trying it on!) with hang tags on.  Please return your unworn item(s) to the address below within 14 days. 

Please include your original order number in the package, together with details of the exchange required.  We will exchange your garment(s) upon receipt of your garment(s). 

If returning for a refund, please tell us the reason why if you don't mind - as this is useful for us.  We will refund your garment(s) upon receipt of your garment(s).  

Faulty Items:

In the rare event that you have a problem with your order, please contact us straight away via the contact form and we will do whatever possible to rectify and make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase.

Proof of any fault with your purchase may be requested  Any fault must be reported as soon as discovered.
